The wines
The farm grows organically grown wine vineyards (95%) from which quality wine is produced manually in the farm's winery.
The dry weather prevents the formation of diseases that saves on sprays and chemicals, environmental pollutants and public health.
The quality varieties are grown in the vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Shiraz (Syrah) and Alexandroni Muscat.
Numerous remains of winepresses and storage caves were discovered in the area, which were discovered in Avdat, Shivta, and Halutza sands (near the farm) as well as written historical evidence of wine supply to the area and the surrounding countries.
They are indicative of growing vineyards, and wine production in the past and its excellent quality.
The manual and nocturnal vintage, and the special aroma of the Negev region create an interesting and unique combination of quality wine.
